Jaye and I will be meeting monthly to offer up these 'Couch Sessions'. Offering up discussions around all topics universe, health, wellness, spirituality, energy ... yep, all of that fun stuff. It's our vibe, it's our thing and it may very well be yours also!
For those of you who didn't know, I am also an Ayurvedic practitioner and healer. Studying the beautiful modality of Ayurveda which laid the foundation for a strong friendship and bond with Jaye.
